Hey there! Meet Alex and Aidan, your friendly hosts, who live in a charming Cotswolds village in Gloucestershire. We share our cozy home with our dynamic trio of dogs, Mango, Chilli and Paddy, as well as the laid-back Timmy, our tortoise.
Our story begins in the picturesque landscapes of Devon, where both of us spent our childhood and early adulthood.
While Alex was busy caring for all sorts of furry friends in the heart of Devon as a Registered Veterinary Nurse, Aidan was immersing himself in the world of Marketing, Advertising, and Communications at the University of Gloucestershire.
Seven years ago, the allure of Cheltenham beckoned, leading us to pack our bags and embark on a new adventure.
As time rolled on, our love for the Cotswolds grew stronger. The countryside, stunning scenery, and fantastic places to eat and drink made it feel like home sweet home. The only thing missing? The seaside and sand between our toes.
Fast forward to 2023, and we decided to take the plunge! We purchased our dream holiday home near Bude, right on the border of Devon and Cornwall.
Now, when we travel down to see family and friends in Devon, we can also get our fix of sea breeze and sandy shores with our four legged fur babies.
